Gorilla Tracking permits
We can Book Gorilla permits or gorilla habituation permit at no extra cost once you book with us a car or rental trip. Here is the information needed from a client
Copy of passport details, Date of tracking, Number of permits needed, preferred park for tracking whether Bwindi or Mgahinga National Park, preferred region of tracking in Bwindi whether, Buhoma, Ruhija, Nkuringo and Rushaga.
Since gorilla permits are subject to availability, it is necessary to send money for gorilla permits in advance and we purchase them. The permits will be given to the visitor at the start of the trip.
Chimpanzee permits
We Book Chimpanzee permits or Chex (Chimpanzee habituation) at no extra cost for our visitors who book with us rentals. Since they are also subject to availability, money for Chimpanzee permits is needed in advance. Information needed for purchasing the chimpanzee permits include copy of passport, date of tracking, if it is kibale, we need to know whether morning session or afternoon tracking, number of permits, and where to track the chimps; Places where visitors can track chimpanzees in Uganda include, kibale National Park, Budongo forest, Kalinzu forest, and Kyambura gorge.
Accommodation booking
We Accommodation booking for our visitors. Some of our visitors prefer to book themselves accommodation but there are those who prefer we book for them. We do this at no extra cost for our visitors. There are many types of accommodations, some visitors many want Budget lodges (Comfortable), Midrange, or Luxury lodges.
Airport pick up and drop
Airport pick up and drop : This is at no extra cost around Kampala and Entebbe central. We deliver cars to our visitors at Entebbe international airport, and hotels around Entebbe plus Kampala central, the same applies to pick up the car from the client after the trip.
In case the place is far from Entebbe or Kampala, then extra fee will be charged depending on the place.
