Day 1: Entebbe Airport – Receive a car and transfer to Jinja town

On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will meet our driver  (from 4×4 rentals Uganda )to give you the car. He will brief you shortly, sign a contract and then drive to Jinja town for dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile Resort or Gately on the Nile OR sleep in your Hired Tents.

Day 2: Boat trip to explore the source of River Nile – Stay in Jinja

Breakfast and then board a boat to the origin of River Nile – the longest river in Africa and the world at large. Explore the Nile, visit art and craft shops, Jinja city tour.

Day 3: Transfer for white water rafting on River Nile

After breakfast drive to River Nile for white water rafting (advance booking is required). Enjoy the game – have lunch and then drive back to Kampala for dinner and overnight at Kampala Forest Cottages, Kampala Serena Hotel, or Fairway Hotel Kampala.

Day 4: Kampala City Tour

Breakfast, spend the day on Kampala city tour

Day 5: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Breakfast, drive to the largest park in Uganda – en-route visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – proceed to the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge or stay in your Tent.

Day 6: Morning Game drive – afternoon boat cruise

Breakfast, hire a ranger guide – drive through the park to encounter a lot of wild animals and birds. Expect to see elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, Giraffes, antelopes among others.

Day 7: Chimpanzee Trekking in Budongo Forest

Breakfast, drive to Budongo Forest to see the chimps in their natural habitat. Return to your accommodation for lunch, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Transfer to Kibale national park

Breakfast, drive a long journey to Kibale National Park (Home of chimpanzees). En-route lunch- proceed to the park for dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale, Chimp Nest Lodge, Nyinabulitwa Country Resort, or stay in your Tents.

Day 9: Chimpanzee Trekking – Relax in the afternoon

Chimpanzee trekking day, you can go for morning or afternoon sessions. Meet chimps in their natural environment and return to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 10: Cultural tour

Visit the Toro Palace, local communities, and so on.

Day 11: Transfer to Semuliki National Park – Game drive

Breakfast, transfer to Semuliki National Park – game viewing drive to see a variety of animals like elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, antelopes among others. Sleep in your Tents.

Day 12: Visit the Hot springs

After breakfast, visit the Sepaya hot spring among others. Have lunch and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge, Enganzi Lodge, Katara Lodge, Twin Lake Lodge, or Sleep in your Tents.

Day 13: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast, drive to the second largest National Park in Uganda (Queen Elizabeth National Park). On arrival, have lunch and then an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga channel (expect to see water-loving mammals like crocodiles, Hippos, Monitor Lizards, and many other animals at the water bank. Stay in your Tent or at Mweya safari Lodge, Enganzi Lodge, Katara Lodge, Bush Lodge, or Twin Lake Lodge.

Day 14: Morning game drive in QENP -Relax in the afternoon

Breakfast, hire a ranger to guide you throughout the game drive – expect to see elephants, Lions, Leopards, Antelopes, bushbuck, and so on. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

Day 15: Drive to Ishasha sector – Look for the tree climbing Lions (Full day search). Stay in your Tent or at Enjojo Lodge.

Day 16: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Home of Mountain Gorillas)

After breakfast, transfer to the home of mountain Gorillas – on the way, keep an eye outside to see buffaloes, butterflies, Black and white colobus monkeys, and tree climbing lions among others. Lunch on arrival, relax and stay in your Tent or Chameleon Hill Lodge, Bakiga Lodge, Rushaga Gorilla Camp, or Ruhija Gorilla Lodge.

Day 17: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest

Breakfast. Report at the park headquarters for briefing – move in groups to look for Mountain Gorillas in their natural habitat. Meet them, view and take photos. Return to your accommodation after 1hrs viewing. Relax in the afternoon

Day 18: Batwa community Tour

After breakfast, explore Batwa community (Full day cultural tour)

Day 19: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi – afternoon boat cruise

After breakfast, drive to the deepest lake in Uganda (Lake Bunyonyi), enjoy the views of birds, relief, and so on. Dinner and overnight in your tent

Day 20: Drive back to Entebbe Airport – Evening departure

After breakfast, drive back to Entebbe. En route stopover at the Uganda Equator for amazing photos and experiments. Proceed to Entebbe Airport for evening departure

End of the trip
